Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please note:

  • Final sale items (including gift cards) are not eligible for return or refund
  • Returns, refunds, or order cancellations may be subject to a 5% handling/restocking fee. This helps cover costs associated with preparing and processing your order (including cleaning, staging, and logistics)

Delivery Fees

  • After delivery is completed, delivery fees are non-refundable. 
  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to lack of access to the building or inability to reach the customer, the delivery fee will not be refunded. A new delivery fee will apply for any rescheduled delivery.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your items upon receipt. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll work with you to make it right.
